Title: Senior Test Engineer

Your work will cover manual and automated functional, integration, performance and end-to-end testing. This includes the development and execution of test plans and test cases. Identifying improvements to the test and development process will be key. You’ll be responsible for providing leadership and oversight of the QA team. In addition, you’ll work closely with your counterparts in product management and development to ensure that priorities, quality standards, and timelines are aligned.

Key Requirements:
- 6+ years experience creating, refining, and executing test plans and test cases
- 4+ years in a QA lead role
- Experience reporting test and defect metrics
- 3+ years of experience in one or more of the following technologies: ASP.Net, AngularJS, Javascript, and/or C#)
- Experience deploying to multiple environments (Dev, QA, Staging & Production)
- Experience with Microsoft Azure
- Familiarity with software development processes and experience working within Agile methodology
- Experience with Team Foundation Server (TFS)
- Experience with continuous delivery processes and techniques
- Self motivated and able to manage assigned tasks
- Strong interpersonal and communications skills, both written and oral
- Bachelor’s Degree (BS or BA) desired
Desired:
- Experience with XBRL
- Experience building robust, scalable, and high quality test automation solutions for functional, regression and performance testing
- SharePoint 2010/2013 experience (SharePoint API and Microsoft Office integration experience a plus)
- Office 365 working knowledge or experience is a big plus
- Prior consulting experience
